I love your sincere and staightforward style. The idea of going deep with fewer people has great appeal. In the evaluations of my last workshop, several people wished we had had more time for networking and getting to know each other. My initial (defensive)thought was, “This wasn’t a networking event!” However, your 30%-70% statistic puts it in perspective. It’s not what I do but what they experience that makes the event memorable – even for a 2 hour educational workshop. That’s GOLD and I intend to apply it immediately! Thank you!
I just finished the third video and Man oh Man. In this video I saw why i was failing filling my Tele-Seminars and why I believe this model will not only work with the live events I want to do but with the Tele-Seminars and the Webinars I will do in the future too. Someone said in the comments about being bombarded with sales pitch Tele-seminars stating that they are free and content driven but the whole time they are saying buy this program or that program. They give you a glimpse of hope but then they slam door in your face and really don’t deliver what they said. YOU on the other hand have made me a believer in You and your desire to help people. The most important part of filling up your event is making sure that it’s crystal clear who your event is for, why this specific person will achieve tremendous value, and why you are the perfect person to lead them in getting these results. Once you have these ingredients clearly mapped out, it’s fairly easy to get the word out because it will have such a compelling energy and tone.
So…..watch the next video and I’ll share with you how I can quickly help you help you get crystal clear clarity on all of these things using my: “Quick-Start Event Creation System”.

If you’re having 200 people on the programme, how can each person get the individual assistance they may need in terms of their message, their tribe, etc. etc.? My experience of other types of programmes like yours on different topics, is that with all the information and the depth of the material it’s challenging to keep up and to get into enough detail with my own personal details on what I am about etc. In effect what happens is that it’s just another programme, hours upon hours spent watching great videos yet no individual help with stuff, so I’m almost back where I started, with more information and knowledge, yet making no real progress other than to absorb how it’s done. I’ve found that offering options makes things confusing, so we typically stick to one. Now that said, we usually only offer a few scholarships (like 10-15) and once those are given away, we sometimes offer a SECOND tier of partial scholarships for a higher amount.
We limit the amount of scholarships based upon what feels right. We’ve given out 5 and we’ve given out 25. Really just depends on the event and what’s happening for us at the moment.
I don’t promote scholarships right from the start. I launch a few different campaigns, like the ones I’ll be teaching in this program (that you have access to as an Enlightened Entrepreneur Club Member, BTW) and build up some momentum and energy first. Then we release the scholarship campaigns later on down the line.

Max, this is a great series. It validates the process of evolution that I have been going through as a presenter and also provies plenty of great new ideas for me to try. My focus has always ben “narrow nd deep” since the content for my courses is very rich and specific. Before watching yur videos I had a moment of insight, (or was it a “blindig flash of the obvious”?) that I would no longer worry about how large my group was going to be, would no longer book a hotel, and would simply and gratefully allow the Universe to bring the people who can benefit most from my teaching. I am an estate planning attorney and am writing this as I watch your third video. As of now, I want to use the seminar to give real value, but I want it to be used to have some of the people that come decide to hire me as their estate attorney. Which of the four tracks would that fall into? Also, I don’t really think that they should be like me: I want them to be wealthier and their views or ideas do not need to be like mine, in my opinion. What do you say?
One of the things that really keeps me away from coming to your event is your own strategy that on each seminar you try to sell a much more expensive event to your participants.
I am NOT going to pay USD 997 go to to a “sales meeting”. I know that there will be a lot of value in the seminar – but anyway…..
In the beginning of each of your videos you promise a lot of “fantastic” info, but it feels a bit thin in the end.
Don´t misunderstand me – I really think you give out some great info – but you oversell it a bit. Maybe it is my Scandinvian skeptisism (I am from Denmark) and the business cultural differences.
In the giving back video you try to give the blame on the price – but I am sure that others are having the same feeling as I am.

Just one thing – the music on your videos is so loud, and on this 2nd one, in the beginning it’s so strident and unpleasant, it was really difficult to hear you over the noise. (Hey, you know about NLP, right? LOL!) Thought you might like to know…

HI max, just saw the join the tribe video. One question pops up for me. If you’re having 200 people on the programme, how can each person get the individual assistance they may need in terms of their message, their tribe, etc. etc.? My experience of other types of programmes like yours on different topics, is that with all the information and the depth of the material it’s challenging to keep up and to get into enough detail with my own personal details on what I am about etc. In effect what happens is that it’s just another programme, hours upon hours spent watching great videos yet no individual help with stuff, so I’m almost back where I started, with more information and knowledge, yet making no real progress other than to absorb how it’s done. I’d appreciate your comments please, Regards, Ann

You will get a series of videos that contain experiential exercises to help you gain clarity and focus. Then, we will have a series of live calls where you can get personalized guidance and coaching. Then, you will get to attend a live event where you will get EVEN MORE guidance and support.
So to answer your question, you will get a tremendous level of personal attention, support, and care. Now let me be clear that this doesn’t include any one-on-one time with me, because I am not doing any private coaching at this time. Yet I think you’ll find that the way I teach is VERY EASY to understand and apply, and the amount of stuff you get to keep you moving forward is profound.

I do have a few question about the scholarship idea, which I really like.
Do you do different levels of scholarships or just one kind of full scholarship?
Do you limit the number of scholarships to a certain percentage and communicate that as well.
And do you promote the scholarships from the start or as a separate promotion while the original promotion for the event is ongoing?

I’ve found that offering options makes things confusing, so we typically stick to one. Now that said, we usually only offer a few scholarships (like 10-15) and once those are given away, we sometimes offer a SECOND tier of partial scholarships for a higher amount.
We limit the amount of scholarships based upon what feels right. We’ve given out 5 and we’ve given out 25. Really just depends on the event and what’s happening for us at the moment.
I don’t promote scholarships right from the start. I launch a few different campaigns, like the ones I’ll be teaching in this program (that you have access to as an Enlightened Entrepreneur Club Member, BTW) and build up some momentum and energy first. Then we release the scholarship campaigns later on down the line.

It’s interesting on all the LAUNCHES I say PASS to. However, I didn’t check you out until video 4 (yep, I didn’t look at ANYTHING until I saw your offer video). Actually I wasn’t even HALF through it when I KNEW this was for me. So…I got my spot in the training (yahoo!!!) and will see you at the second live event.

Max, this is a great series. It validates the process of evolution that I have been going through as a presenter and also provies plenty of great new ideas for me to try. My focus has always ben “narrow nd deep” since the content for my courses is very rich and specific. Before watching yur videos I had a moment of insight, (or was it a “blindig flash of the obvious”?) that I would no longer worry about how large my group was going to be, would no longer book a hotel, and would simply and gratefully allow the Universe to bring the people who can benefit most from my teaching. Now I will add to that your techniques for becoming more and more specific in terms of who my tribe will be and how I will help them. Thank you so much!!

I am an estate planning attorney and am writing this as I watch your third video. As of now, I want to use the seminar to give real value, but I want it to be used to have some of the people that come decide to hire me as their estate attorney. Which of the four tracks would that fall into? Also, I don’t really think that they should be like me: I want them to be wealthier and their views or ideas do not need to be like mine, in my opinion. What do you say?

One of the things that really keeps me away from coming to your event is your own strategy that on each seminar you try to sell a much more expensive event to your participants.
I am NOT going to pay USD 997 go to to a “sales meeting”. I know that there will be a lot of value in the seminar – but anyway…..
In the beginning of each of your videos you promise a lot of “fantastic” info, but it feels a bit thin in the end.
Don´t misunderstand me – I really think you give out some great info – but you oversell it a bit. Maybe it is my Scandinvian skeptisism (I am from Denmark) and the business cultural differences.
In the giving back video you try to give the blame on the price – but I am sure that others are having the same feeling as I am.
So – sorry – no hugs for me this time.
